When will I receive my order?

At Sassy & Arbee, our products are worth the wait! As every item is hand made to order and carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safe and sound, please allow 2-3 weeks from order to dispatch. If for some reason we can’t dispatch on time, we will contact you.
If you need your product sooner, simply add the RUSH MY ORDER option and we will make your order within 3 business days (make sure you read the product description).

How will my items be shipped?

Your items will be shipped via Australia Post’s Parcel Post. Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched. All parcels will be left in a safe place unless specifically requested. If you would prefer to sign for your delivery, you can manage this with Australia Post. Simply click on the Tracking Number link in the dispatch notification email and follow the prompts.

My order has been shipped… how long will it take to arrive?

Australia Post are currently experiencing delays in their parcel network due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is out of our control. For information on when your package will arrive, or to change your authority to leave, please go to Aust Post Tracking and enter your tracking number.

Please note: if you provide incorrect delivery information, we will require payment of all additional postage charges incurred for re-delivery prior to dispatching your product.

What if my items are delivered damaged or faulty?

I take great care to ensure that all outbound parcels are packaged appropriately to protect them during transit. In the unlikely event that your items arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within three business days of receiving the items. Please ensure you retain ALL the packaging in which your item was delivered, in addition to the item itself. This will be needed to lodge a claim with the postal service provider and failure to do so could result in a refund or replacement item not being approved.


Can I personalise my order?

YES!!! At Sassy & Arbee, because every item is hand made to order, you have the option to customise any product. Each listing has a “personalisation” option where you can specify a label, font and size up to a maximum of 15 characters. If you are unsure of any of the details or need help with wording/label ideas etc, please message me prior to purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes after you finalise your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes to orders once order confirmation is received. Please check your order carefully before finalising your purchase.



99% of the time, our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. On occasion, it is necessary for us to use bubble wrap to protect products in transit, however this is very rare.

We use Bio Fill in our packages to protect your items during transit. Bio Fill is 100% Biodegradable and made from Australian corn and potato starch. When immersed in water it dissolves with no harmful residue, and can be disposed of with rubbish as it completely breaks down. Bio Fill is also compostable and can be used on your garden – it can actually improve soil structure! This packaging material can be disposed of with a clear conscience.
